Job opportunities

We are currently looking for volunteers to assist with a wide range of activities in school. This could be listening to children read, helping with art and craft activities, supporting science or cookery lessons or engaging children in a particular skill or hobby you have. If you have some regular time to spare and can commit to our school on a weekly basis, please contact the office with your details or submit an application form.

All people who volunteer/regularly visit or work in our school are subject to an enhanced DBS (Disclosure and Barring service) check and reference requests.  This is an important part of our safeguarding responsibilities.

Caretaker required October 2017

Our committed and reliable caretaker, who has looked after our school for over 7 years, is retiring in October.  We are looking to appoint a suitable person to manage the school premises from October.   The school is situated on a split site and the caretaker is required to work across both sites.  Experience of site management is preferred but not essential as full training will be given.
Brief details: 32.5 Hours per week, 7.00am – 10.45am and 3.15 pm to 6:00 pm, Monday to Friday and overtime will be paid for caretaking lettings of the school premises after 6pm.  We look forward to hearing from interested persons.  For full details please contact the school on 01759 371430.  This role will be subject to all relevant checks linked to safeguarding children.
